Received confirmation of my booking 2 hours before the session starts. The appointment was cancelled without any reason just ONE MINUTE before my appointment.

對公司是沒有保障的，任何人只要有公司資料，即使唔使負責人，都可以公司名義登記，嚴重影響公客利益。所謂客服，一時又話電話號碼唔再用，一時又話客服冇返工，一星期都冇人處理到！只係會拖，最後亦需要報警處理。所以建議公司的用家避免使用對公司利益受損既app。

技術遲到，按摩期間不知為何經常出入房間又不拉上布簾，而外面有2名男技師在房間對正房門附近，令人感到不安，另女技師可能趕住按另一個客按少至少4分鐘，環境亦一般，劣評！

The status update on the app is completely inaccurate. Bookings not confirmed are “confirmed” on the app. I went down for an appointment that wasn’t verified on the beauty salon’s end. And the customer service only bothered to call to ask me to cancel when it’s time for the appointment. The service recovery was also really bad - the only thing they can do is cancel the appointment. 

Not recommended. Could be a complete waste of your time to book services on this platform. Not trustworthy at all.
