Very sad that this app not giving any notifications or any thing. User experience also not good if you take any action or complaints or you sign in it's not an initiative for the user that action is complete or not. Even same with book delivery I buy one book on 1st April there is no update from the site or from app.

The BookGanga App does not let customers review their own orders using ‘My Oders’ functionality. The App abruptly quits (exits). So, what’s the point of having this option on the App?

Pathetic app! Zero user experience. No options to filter. Categories are absurd. Still if you browse patiently, 80% books are out of stock. Utter waste of time!

App is a medium to keep in touch with millions of users but with this kind of app, BookGanga is deviating from their noble cause, so kindly address on priority. You may be losing many users your unknowingly!

Basically the content of app is wonderful and specially books they have with them are of good quality, must read books.

Overall app is below average. Some how I am managing the features with some workaround solutions. The biggest disappointment is not able to book the order. After adding things in cart, it is paused on address page and not moving to payment section.
I am making all payments through web portal 😞
