BookGroup is a travel guide and booking app for Türkiye's holiday regions. From Cesme to Bodrum, from Alacati to Cappadocia, discover hundreds of venues across 11 regions and book the hotel you like right from the app. DISCOVER • 11 regions: Cesme, Alacati, Bodrum, Cunda, Antalya, Cyprus, Cappadocia, Istanbul, Mersin, Hatay, Chios • Hotels, beaches, restaurants, clubs, boats, museums and shopping centres • Gallery, map location, amenities, opening hours and menu for every venue • Cabana and front-row options with prices at beaches and beach clubs • Events, concerts and blog content BOOK • Pick dates, room type and number of guests at hotels, then send your booking request from the app • Follow the status of your request under "My Bookings" • No payment is taken in the app; your request goes straight to the venue PLAN • Save the venues you like to your favourites • Build your trip in advance with "My Plans" and add venues to your list • Get a notification when your booking status changes AVAILABLE IN FIVE LANGUAGES The interface is available in Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic, with full right-to-left support in Arabic. Change the language any time from the flag icon on your profile. BookGroup membership is free. For any questions, reach us through the WhatsApp support button inside the app. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 2.5 — 2026-09-01 A refreshed home screen, and a Blog section in the Posts tab. • The Posts tab now has two sections: Posts and Blog. Blog lists member-written posts filtered by region; the plus button offers Photo Post or Blog Post, and the icon in the top right opens your own profile. • On the home screen the region name sits in the title, with the region's hotel, restaurant and beach counts under the cover image. Regions without venues now show shortcuts to regions with venues instead of empty cards. • Recently Viewed now remembers events and blog posts too; long-press an item and tap Remove to delete it. • Venue cards show a price level or a highlight plus a favorite heart; blog cards get like and favorite buttons. • Euro, dollar and pound prices now use the right symbol. • The layout stays in place while a page loads. • Stability improvements. ### 2.4 — 2026-08-28 Search and filters in category lists; blog posts now open inside the app. • A search field above the Hotels, Restaurants, Beaches & Beach Clubs, Clubs, Boats, Museums and Shopping & Malls lists: type the venue name, with or without Turkish characters. • The filter button adapts to the category: Featured and Facilities for hotels, By Cuisine and Has Fixed Menu for restaurants, Price Range and amenities for beaches. No match? Clear Filters takes you back. • The beaches screen now shows how many beaches are in the Beach Club and Public Beaches tabs. • Categories > Blog is now a native list: switch to All Regions from the region menu and find posts by title with Search blog posts. • On a blog post, like, save to favorites, add to a plan and share; open the map in the post with Open in Maps; Related Posts and All Posts at the bottom. • View post in My Blogs, blog rows in My Favorites and My Plans, and the blog approval notification now open the post inside the app. • Stability improvements. ### 2.3 — 2026-08-20 You can now write travel posts inside the app. • Start from Profile > My Blogs with New Post: headings, subheadings, paragraphs, bullet and numbered lists, bold and italic text. • Add 1-3 photos and pick one as the cover; set a category, a region and tags. • Use Preview to see how your post will look before you send it. • Your writing is autosaved as a draft, so you can close the app and pick up where you left off. • After Submit for Review your post is checked by our team; once approved it appears on the region's blog page and on your profile. • The My Blogs list shows each post's status (Draft, In Review, Published), and you can edit or delete a published post. ### 2.2 — 2026-08-17 Improved the room availability badge and error messages. • The room badge on hotel pages now checks real availability for the next 30 days, so rooms with open dates are no longer shown as Sold out by mistake. • The badge text is also clearer: No availability in the next 30 days. • Error messages for out-of-season or closed venues and for beach, club and boat bookings now appear in the language of the app. Example: This venue is out of season. • Stability improvements. ### 2.1 — 2026-08-14 Fixed a crash and incorrect availability in the booking form. • The app could freeze and close while you picked dates for a hotel booking; that crash is fixed. • Availability is now calculated for the dates you pick, so rooms that are free no longer show as sold out. • Beaches & Beach Clubs is now split into two tabs: Beach Club and Public Beaches.
