I click on the calendar day and it doesn’t even register. Нужно было поменять место подачи ,со столицы в аэропорт,т.к ,выбрал изначально не верно в приложении. Первый раз написал- тишина Прошло 3 дня… Ладно, написал ещё раз.На следующей день приходит письмо, что изменить место подачи невозможно. Я из Украины и связи с ними нет. Есть только стационарный номер телефона и на этом все. Так же был указан номер телефона в Украине, но он не действительн. Короче, обратной связи нет от слова совсем. Очень жалею, что скинул предоплату. Казалось бы, просто поменять место подачи, но тут это просто невозможно. Че за бред? Решил посмотреть цены через - букингкар ,а там цены завышены в 2 раза !!!!! Элементарно на ресепшене отеля ,цена в 2 раза ниже чем на ,,букингкар’’ , за такие же Авто .!!! Машины, которую я выбрал не было также как и букинга, но при этом с меня букинг кар списал 380$, служба тех поддержки по указанному Нью Йоркскому телефону в 11 дня не отвечала, оказывается всё находится в Риге и звонки переадресовываются туда. На протяжении 3х месяцев под разными предлогами деньги так и не вернули, до тех поддержки дозвониться вообще крайне сложно, приходилось обращаться к менеджерам с другого отдела. ### 1/5 — Лохотрон *2017-06-29, version 1.11* Имел глупость, воспользовался в Испании. Как исполнительный человек заказал страховку, но При получении автомобиля мне сказали, что данная страховка недействительна, соответственно я вынужден был оплатить ещё раз страховку той компании которая выдала мне автомобиль. Написал претензию в BookingCar, Реакции не последовало. Я так понимаю со мной никто не собирается этот вопрос решать. По телефонам указанным на сайте, дозвониться не удалось, зато денег в роуминге списали очень хорошо.
