### 5/5 — Excellent stay with fantastic rooms and restaurant

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The shower room was excellent too — large, modern and with a very powerful shower, which was a real highlight.

The breakfast was adequate, but also was nice to have the option of adding extra sides for a small additional charge.

The best part of our stay, however, was the restaurant. The £25 three-course set menu was excellent value for money, and the fillet steak was absolutely amazing. A real standout and definitely worth trying!

There were only a couple of negatives. Unfortunately, our window couldn’t be opened, which meant the room felt a little stuffy at times. The Wi-Fi signal was also not quite strong enough and could be improved.

Overall, though, we had an excellent stay and would happily return. A lovely hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms and a fantastic restaurant.

This is a delightful little Room perfectly located for your stay in the village. The bed and pillows are very comfortable very warm room with a thumb if needed the complementary water tea, coffee crisps, fudge and fresh home-made cake with excellent everything was considered when planning this bougie beautiful little space would highly recommend also visit the shop just down the street where the Irish lady has some beautiful pyjamas and housecoats

I have prepaid for the OYO Hotel upon arrival they denied it existed, then said I had to call booking.com and pay through a different service after refusing to they stated only thing I could do is pay AGAIN for the room I literally paid for, ontop all that it has no cancellation policy so these snakes basically set people up think about it you accidentally pay for the room then try to stay but can’t bc they won’t acknowledge your receipt but you go to booking.com and it basically says they will keep your money, I will be calling my Bank to Report FRAUD & FALSE ADVERTISING under Federal Law ( Don’t Play With Peoples Money) also the lady behind the counter was making claims she doesn’t get paid and that she was being held against her will which made this booking even more uncomfortable like first they break Workforce and Labor law then they refused a refund maybe booking.com should look and investigate into these hotels prior to allowing them to post there services.

The description of the amenities listed in the booking were not accurate to the actual experience. Directions to the property were inaccurate, and there were more beds represented than were actually there. The hotel itself profusely apologized and gave us a discount so they did fantastic!
