The same hotel and room are often available for much cheaper on other booking apps, with much better service. I have been trying to get a refund for the last four months, but I still cannot properly reach customer service or get a clear resolution. They take your money quickly, but when there is a problem, getting help or a refund becomes extremely difficult. My advice: do not pay them upfront without comparing prices and checking the cancellation and refund conditions carefully. You can end up paying a high price for a cheap, poor-quality room with almost no support when something goes wrong. From the outside, the building isn’t particularly attractive, so we were pleasantly surprised when we went inside. It was clean, tidy and much nicer than expected. The bathroom was a little tired-looking, but everything was clean and functional. There was plenty of space for five adults to stay comfortably. Overall, a pleasant stay and a convenient location for exploring the area.
