In one single application I am able to manage my OTAs, booking engine, the checkin and checkout process, Frontoffice module, housekeeping and POS. I am able to manage all my employees KPIs in this application too.

Well! There is no option to give 0 star, that’s why I have given a 1 star here. I brought there whole package (channel manager, booking engine, CRM, etc) services considering it was in our budget but I am regretting that decision everyday now. 

I made a payment on 5th Jan 2022 and our website is not up yet. I have to follow up every day to setup OTAs, the team manager assigned to us is so late back that I am wondering if she working on some other full-time job some where else. I won’t get a response of whatsapp group for days, forget about emails. 

We shared all details everytime as soon as they requested, paid in full and the response that I have got from her and team is so so unprofessional that I am wondering a how can I bookingjini servive with such employees.

After a month of every day followups on email, call, whatsapp, they were able to setup some OTAs but all of them had incorrect information, pictures, room names. This is after providing all corrct information multiple times. All they had to do is a copy-paste. It was like a 10 year old working on it. 

Fast forward to today (23rd feb), few OTAs still have incorrect info, website is still setup, there app is not working and I have no one reply on email or whatsapp for last 48hrs.
