It never recognizes my Login ID. I use the same information on a browser with no issues. ### 1/5 — Almost no customer support *2023-10-24* I have been trying to solve a problem with declined notifications not being sent to the customer. It has taken 5 days of back and forths with customer service, and we are no closer to solving the problem. Imagine trying to troubleshoot an issue but every response from them takes 12-24 hours. It becomes effectively impossible unless it’s a very simple issue. BK has no form of customer support other than emails, and their reps don’t carefully read your responses, causing you to repeat yourself and start the clock over, waiting another 12-24 hours for them to get back to you. I am honestly lost for words. Im so happy someone was intelligent enough to come up with this software. I’ve searched all over for a software that includes self appointment scheduling for clients & being able to choose a service with options & add on modifier selections. It even has location attached to it. I almost gave up on a popular service app today because they didn’t offer the important option & modifier form features i needed within my business until a cleaning business on YouTube mention they were using this. I’m so happy!!! My stress anxiety literally has been relieved after almost giving up. I’m in tears!
