BookingSolved helps service professionals turn scheduling messages into Calendar bookings, availability replies, reschedules, and cancellations — without replacing the way clients already contact you.

BOOK CLIENTS FROM MESSAGES
Paste a scheduling message, choose a screenshot, or send text in with the iOS Share Sheet. BookingSolved reads the scheduling details, checks Apple Calendar on your device, and prepares the booking with a confirmation reply. One review, one approval: the appointment is in your Calendar and the reply is on your clipboard.

ANSWER "WHEN ARE YOU FREE?"
BookingSolved checks your work hours, your typical appointment length, and the events already in your Calendar, then prepares a reply with useful available times. If a requested time is busy, it prepares alternatives instead of a conflict.

HANDLE CHANGES WITHOUT REBUILDING
"Can we do an hour later?" is matched to the existing appointment. You see exactly what will move before you approve, details stay intact, and the confirmation reply is copied. Cancellations ask for an extra confirmation — and Undo is right there if plans change back.

KEEP YOUR WORKFLOW
No new booking portal for clients to learn. No CRM migration. No client import. Clients keep messaging you the way they already do, and Apple Calendar stays the source of truth for your schedule.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No connected inbox — BookingSolved only receives the message or screenshot you intentionally hand it. Scheduling messages and screenshots are designed to be processed on your device, and nothing changes in your Calendar until you approve the action.
