App still not working over a week now. What’s the issue?? When will it be fixed? ### 1/5 — App malfunction *2023-08-20* All of a sudden multiple functions of the app are giving “404 not found” for the reward section, the feedback section, terms of service, privacy policy, and app support, etc… what is going on, I know some else who also has the app and is having the same issue… ### 1/5 — Unable to read a book. *2023-06-10* While thumbing through Facebook, I came across the book, Behind the Beauty: Uncovering the Talented Trophy Wife on your Bookiss. I wanted to add it to my library, but was unable to as you app didn’t show it at all in your library. Could you please update you library. ### 1/5 — It sucks *2023-05-13* It offers free reward for ads but every time it freezes on x reward granted … seriously if you don’t want to give the reward don’t offer. Also 30 seconds to wait for reward button is too long if I didn’t get it during the ad run 30 seconds more won’t change my mind. FIX IT ### 1/5 — Freezing rewards on videos *2023-05-12* When videos are finished, the screen freezes. You have to close and reopen the app 3-6x before the chapter opens up and repeat the same thing for the next chapter. Very frustrating and time consuming. ### 3/5 — The point *2024-04-02* Why can’t I buy off the app and why is it immediately assuming that I’m gonna pay wit paypal that’s annoying also the main discovery page doesn’t have a lot of stories on it and when you look a story up by it’s title half he time it doesn’t even pop up.
