## What is Bookly?

Bookly (احجزلي) puts your business in front of the customers around you and takes their bookings for you — around the clock, in Arabic and English, with no payment inside the app.

LIST YOUR BUSINESS FREE
Three details and your page exists: name, type and country. Add your services, prices, working hours, staff and photos from your dashboard and you are open for bookings. Clinics, dentists, salons, barbershops, gyms, physiotherapists, tutors, auto shops, vets, spas and more — free to list, no card required.

BE FOUND. BE BOOKED.
• Customers see your real free slots and book in seconds — no calls, no "we'll get back to you"
• Bookings arrive 24/7, even while you are with a customer
• Instant confirmation to the customer, a notification to you
• Automatic reminders before every visit cut no-shows
• Customers can cancel or reschedule within the policy you set

RUN YOUR DAY FROM YOUR PHONE
• Today: who is with you now, who is next, what is done, revenue so far
• Queue: check-ins, walk-ins and a fair "who's next" — no paper, no shouting names
• Bookings: everything upcoming and past, per staff member or branch
• Add staff and branches as you grow; each sees only what they need

BE FIRST IN YOUR CITY
Bookly works in every country. If your country's directory is still empty, your business is the first customers see there.

FOR CUSTOMERS
Browse by category, search by service, see prices, hours, photos and directions, and pick a time that suits you. Book several services in one visit, keep your bookings in one place, and save the places you like. Sign in with email, Google or Apple.

No payment happens in the app — customers pay at your venue as usual.

Bookly is built by Pal Systems for the businesses and customers of the region, and it grows with what they tell us. Questions or ideas: bookly@pal-systems.com

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-14

Is your business already listed with us? It's yours now.

Claim your business, in the app
Find your business in the directory, tap "This business is mine" and finish without leaving the app — no browser, no outside forms. Where we hold an email or website for the business, we send a 6-digit code to its own address, not to one you type, so the page is yours in a minute. Where we can't, someone on our team reviews your request and gets in touch.

Website and social pages
Business pages now show their website and their Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other pages, with the real brand marks — so you can reach a business where you already follow it.

Clearer appointments
A confirmed appointment no longer wears the same colour as a completed one, so a day reads at a glance.

Also improved
• A direct call button on businesses that don't take online bookings yet.
• Opening hours and price ranges now read in the right direction in Arabic.
• The country picker can be closed.
• Business counts show the real total, not just what has loaded.
• Fixes to the home screen and to dark mode.
