I created account in this app three times, still it says account not found and asked me to create account Everytime I open the app. Old build has 12 connections all are gone

Please fix this problem. Messages take AGES to load. And now the app does not open! It just shuts off. Please fix this.

This is a niche idea, and I think it could work well. However, half the search features do not work, popular authors aren’t listed, and it’s impossible to add a book to your bookshelf. Overall, it’s a very frustrating app to work with.

This app always has some or the other glitch going on. You put so much effort into making and profile and suddenly it’s gone or doesn’t open (for reasons unknown). 

Hope the tech team looks into this ASAP

Updating my rating because the team was prompt in responding to my queries. Everything is working smoothly now.

Earlier reporter bugs

1. The chats page takes almost 30s-1 minute to load 
2. Cannot send messages anymore on chat. Sent a couple. Closed and opened the app and seems like none of them went through. Restarted my phone and tried again, still no luck. 
3. If I open the app while my wifi is connecting, it’s stuck on the splash screen
4. Notifications don’t work for anything

In a sea of dating apps that are designed to promote swiping culture and putting the looks at the forefront, Bookmark is a breath of fresh air and bringing about a much needed change in the online dating space. I went to the app to look for Book Buddies and made some good friends with a shared passion for arts and books. Since the app is centred around readers, the conversations are much more interesting than the repetitive small talk the other apps suffer from.
