The gamification made the whole experience fun without ever feeling forced - it just made me want to pick up a book. Genuinely enjoyable, and it’s brought reading back into my life. I’ve been using the web version of this app for the past month and I’m so excited that it’s finally here on the App Store! Bookmarkk made me go from not having read a single book other than manga for the past 10 years to finishing 4 books in 4 weeks! And I earned enough coins to cash in my first free book! It came with a beautiful customised bookmark, and a handwritten personalised note in the book by the founders! I love the quizzes after each chapter, it makes sure I’m reading with intention. I love the leaderboards, it makes me competitive and pushes me to read more to go higher and higher on the board. I love the community I was introduced to through this app, it’s fun and fulfilling interacting with them on the WhatsApp group all the early members have been added to. I can’t wait to see how this app will evolve!
