Awful customer service
Bought a ticket via bookmebus to travel to an island off Cambodia. Upon boarding the boat, the company told me that they no longer travelled to the part of the island I was travelling to, even though they said they did on their website. Was dropped at entirely the wrong island and told to find my own way to the correct island. When I asked bookmebus for support, they were rude and said it was my fault for not checking (even though I had). Use Camboticket instead - infinitely better.
