I pay an annual fee for a different app (one that I absolutely love, love, love). For years, I never had a single issue with that app until I came across a book I could not successfully upload to that app. That’s how I came across this one. I was super grateful for the 1-hour a day to try this app for free (and I was super grateful to get to listen to my audiobook). I was really impressed with all of the features this app offered; the only problem I have with is that you can only increase this voice speed up to 2.0. With some narrators, I occasionally go as high as 2.5. With the audiobook, I listened to on this app, 2.0 felt very slow, so that was frustrating. Otherwise, I think this app is great! Especially since you can use it for one hour a day free. ### 3/5 — Manque de fonction ! *2026-06-06* L’app est très bien mais pourais être mieux ! J’aimerais pouvoir avancer et reculer les chapitres de 30s via le bouton de mon casque ou ma montre. Actuellement en appuyant 2 fois sur le casque pour avancer on passe au chapitre suivant. Inversement pour revenir en arrière on passe au début du chapitre précédent. J’ai tendance à beaucoup l’utiliser car je perd parfois le fils de la lecture. Je suis sur Apple peu être que sur androïde vous n’avez pas le problème. Pour la montre de serais vraiment un plus, une vue sur le temps qui reste au chapitre en travaillant ou en faisant sont petit sport serais vraiment fort agréable. Sinon l’interface et top et le système d’import et de Modif des livres et top. ### 4/5 — Annoying rating request *2026-05-16* This app is really great! However, even in the paid version, every day or so, an icon pops up asking me to give them a five star rating even though I switched off the setting for rating requests in apps. This is SO annoying. I refuse to give a five star rating just to not getting bothered any more. When it works, it’s great! But there are so many problems. Support is unresponsive, there is no connection between your account on OS and on mobile, and even if you get the Pro version, the app will forget that you purchased it, enforcing the 30 min limit. Maybe wait on this app to see if they ever fix the issues. Regrettably, it’s too many inconsistencies for me to justify using it. **Developer response:** Thank you for your honest feedback. Unfortunately it is not allowing me to subscribe to the lifetime Pro option, priced at £5.99 as advertised, so I would have to pay a monthly £1.99, which is well over the top. Das nervigste ist, dass ich sie alle einzelne sein öffnen muss um sie zu löschen! Das darf doch nicht war sein. Warum kann ist sie nicht markieren und zusammen löschen, sowie ich auch die einzelnen Kapitel etc markieren und Downloaden oder löschen kann? Ich habe die bezahlte App. Bitte um Bearbeitung. We believe it’s important to be transparent about our business model so that every user can decide from the very beginning whether it works for them. The annual subscription in Canada is only CAD 18, and almost half of that amount goes directly to platform fees and taxes. Our margin from this is much smaller than it may seem, especially considering the costs of development, support, and ongoing improvements. We understand that our model may not be suitable for everyone, and you are of course free to choose another app if it better fits your needs. It supports multiple audio formats, I’m assuming depending on the source of the audiobook you have, it’ll automatically set the cover and the chapters and name, and it’s customizable. You can also import a zip folder if there’s a particularly long series of audiobooks, like Mushoku Tensei I’m listening to.
