## What is BookVAO?

Never miss a booking again. BookVAO puts your whole appointment book in your pocket: every request, every team member's day and every client, the moment it happens.

Clients book on your BookVAO website. You get an instant alert, confirm in one tap, and get back to work. Type your website's address, sign in with your usual email and password, and your bookings are there.

NEVER MISS A REQUEST
• A notification the moment a client asks for an appointment or cancels one
• Confirm or decline in one tap, with an optional note to the client
• Call, text or email the client straight from the booking

YOUR WHOLE DAY, AND YOUR WHOLE TEAM
• Requests, upcoming and past appointments in one list
• A calendar that shows how busy each day is
• Owners and front desk see everyone, and can filter to one team member at a time
• Team members sign in with their own login and see only their own appointments

ADD BOOKINGS YOURSELF
• Walk-in or phone call? Add it in a few seconds and choose who it is with
• Double-booking is refused before it happens

KNOW YOUR CLIENTS
• Everyone who has booked, with their visits and their next appointment
• Search by name, phone or email

BUILT FOR A BUSY DAY
• Works offline: your last synced bookings are always on your phone
• Times always show in your business's own timezone, wherever you are
• Manage more than one business from the same app
• The app takes on your own brand colour

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No ads and no tracking
• Your login and your client list are kept in your phone's secure storage
• Each person on your team sees only what their role allows

BookVAO is for hair and nail salons, barbers, spas, lash and brow studios, massage, pet grooming and any business that works by appointment.

BookVAO is business software. It is for businesses that already have a BookVAO booking website, and the app itself is free and sells nothing: there is no purchase, subscription or upgrade in it, and no consumer use — it manages the appointments other people book with your business.
