I did the 7 day free trial and they say they will remind you 2 days before it’s over. They also offer the year subscription for 19.99 if you buy now before the trial is over. Well, no reminder was sent and I was charged $100. I submitted a claim to Apple and it was denied. I reached out to their support and it’s now day 9 and they haven’t responded. I’m out $100 and this app has effectively been deleted. Stay Away! ### 1/5 — !!! SAVE YOUR MONEY !!! *2026-07-31, version 4.42* This app really Sucks! Don’t waste you time or money. You don’t learn anything and it doesn’t really make good videos from your books. Books are limited to their limited inventory. The only thing I would say is there are some books that aren’t on the app but you can take a picture of the book cover and they’ll make it a book in 48-72 hours. ### 1/5 — Nonsense before you can even start *2026-07-23* I loathe apps that do what this one did. They lure you. They set a trap. They ask generic questions and quiz you to see if you’re a right fit for the app. They leave you with baited breath hoping that the app can give you exactly what you’re after and of course after the 10 minute sign up process, it’s going to agree with you because they need the sale. You get all the way through, you sign up through email, link your account, etc. Then at last, it says you’re ready to begin your free trial. You look for pricing on the page where it wants you to proceed to finishing but it’s nowhere to be found. You have to do extra searching online only to find it’s either $13 a month or $90 a year for some BS AI images. I had it on my phone for two days, I cancelled the trial and deleted the app from my phone. I just decided that there wasn’t enough of a selection, they did not the books that I typically like. So I canceled the trial and they’re trying to charge me $39.99. It froze my entire Apple account because of it. So if you don’t intend to really use this app, don’t get it because they’re charge you anyways, even if you don’t like it. ### 1/5 — SCAM! Their customer service is not responding and the app developer email is not responding. When I disputed it in my bank, they are quick to show that my purchase is valid. BE WARNED!
