## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-28

BookWorm 1.0.3

• Languages: if your phone's language isn't one of the translated ones, the app now opens in English instead of Italian.
• Better search: German and French ISBNs now start from the national libraries, with the cover set automatically and series already filled in.
• Shake to draw: in "What should I read next?" just shake your iPhone to start the draw.
• Genres and tags with very long names no longer stretch the screen.
• The Draw button now sits at the same height as the other buttons, so nothing jumps when the reel stops.
• Lots of small touches.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-27

BookWorm 1.0.2

• What should I read next? In the Library, from the menu at the top right: draw your next read from your pile.
• Lock Screen widgets: the book you're reading, your streak and your goal.
• Import from other apps: bring your library over from Goodreads, StoryGraph or Book Tracker.
• Covers from the web: if a cover is missing, find it on the web and paste it into the book.
• Book finished: finishing a book gets a celebration, and you can rate it right away.
• Share a book from its page, choosing what to show in the image.
• More reliable search, with more sources for books and covers.
• Full-colour covers in widgets even with a tinted Home Screen, a new tinted icon and various fixes.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-10-26

What's new in 1.0.1
• Now supports iPhone Duo
• Your Year: month by month, the covers of the books you finished.
• Your top books: your three highest rated, all time or this year.
• Images to share: book, month, year and podium, ready for a post or a story.
• Goals: past years' goals are kept, and reaching this year's gets a celebration.
• Sessions from any page: start wherever you like; the bar shows the parts you skipped.
• On the book page: readers' rating, how long until you finish, and related books.
• And more: more accurate search, animated statistics, a smoother carousel and lots of small touches.
