I would really like to see an option to turn this off or have a slider for it. Used it on my pc for the longest time and finally decided to buy it on my phone! It's overall awesome, but personally I'd like a "my library" style thing added where you could add albums you already have locally (like those synced from itunes) into a separate "library". My only complaint is that the app starts jumbling some of the songs or repeats no matter what other cut you play. In most cases I have to delete the cut. It doesn’t happen often enough to send me back to Poweramp but at some point it will. In the meantime, please reach out to us at boomios@globaldelight.com, and we will be happy to assist you. ### 1/5 — ver 3.2 has the worst bugs *2026-04-15* 26/4/16追記 今朝3.2.1のリリースを確認し、バグの改修を確認。 とはいえ、fixまで約2週間…遅い、遅すぎる。はるかに遅いぜ。くどいようだが使用できないアプリに対する対応が杜撰すぎる。そもそも使えないバージョンをメジャーリリースした挙句ユーザーをテスターに仕立て上げるとかあんまりユーザーをなめんなよ（激憤） --- 26/4/12 追記 おそらくテストバージョンの3.2.1（7）で治ったと思われる。 今朝2時くらいにメールが来たから試した結果な。 即フィードバックしたがその後は連絡なし。 対応に全くスピード感がないし他の方もおっしゃるとおり最悪の対応だと思う（憤怒） --- 他の人も言っているとおり開発は早急に3.2.0の致命的な不具合を修正してください。 一応限定的な回避方法は見つけたが、アプリを再起動すると使えなくなるんで結局クソの役にも立たねーから割愛。 開発にはこの不具合を理解してほしいところやな全く、なあ？（怒） Disabling the "media & music" access permission allows the UI to be displayed. Naturally, it can't access local music, so enabling it causes the app to hang and crash. This issue started occurring in version 3.2. It's reproducible on all iOS devices: the 17 Pro and 13 mini with iOS 26.4, and the XS Max with iOS 18.7.7, so the iOS version is likely irrelevant. **Developer response:** Hi there! Can confirm the app is now working again after the latest update. ### 5/5 — I missed Boom *2026-04-15* I have been using Boom for a year I think and recently when the app would crash after it opened and I couldn’t use it, I contacted app support and you fixed the issue promptly. I really missed using the app when playing my music and I am so happy I can use it again. Boom is the Best App for improving the sound of music on iPhone and music streaming services. You will be amazed. I highly recommend it ### 5/5 — 30-03-26 Update Broke App v3.2.0 *2026-04-15, version 3.2.1* I bought this last week for windows, loved it, then bought several windows and macOS licenses (I have several Win11 PCs and Macs). Finally I bought the iOS app. Since the last update the iOS app hangs when I grant access to my iTunes. I have a 500+GB library, if that helps your analysis.
