It’ll get to 100% and give me an error sayings “Download preparation failed”. I didn’t spend $10 for the pro version only to be unable to download my video. It’s happened last night. And from what I just saw in their discord it is a common problem. I cancelled the pro version and wish I can get a refund. The chatbot for this… unhelpful.
