## What is Boomer News?

Boomer Communications creates a Facility Specific Employee monthly newsletter through input received via the mobile app.  

This innovative and first of its kind communication tool allows employees the ability to ‘shout-out’ a fellow employee and upload a picture if desired.   Whether it be a note of appreciation or job well done, a birth announcement, a special event or any celebratory event wanting to be shared, the newsletter provides a meaningful way to communicate with the employees.  The ‘shout-out’ information entered by the employees is automatically entered into the next Facility Specific Newsletter.  This seamless and simple process assures that your employees feel truly Valued, Appreciated and Respected.
