It’s too bad because it’s such a great idea. Rented an outfit for a special event several weeks in advance. 3 days before the event, support contacts me that the lender didn’t ship it out in time so they have to cancel. I replied asking if they can overnight ship it and the support chat shows the message was read with no reply for 24 hours. Still haven’t gotten my money back. App is buggy and was logging me out and not allowing me to sign in until after like 15 attempts.
