Music is so relaxing and catchy to the point that I printed out the sheet music to learn to play. Game is addicting and enjoyable. Worth all 99 pennies and more. There are pros and cons to both games -- that one has clearer graphics, whereas this one has the better sound effects. That leads me to the point of this review. This game would get a full 5 stars if the actual circles would have smooth and not grainy edges. You see exactly what you're expected to receive in the screenshots -- but I think the developers of this game would do better if they considered improving upon the smoothness of these little dots in a future iteration of this app. That's all. Boomshine for iPhone! *2009-05-02, version 0* I love playing this game on the web and Facebook and am excited that it is now available for the iPhone! a couple of things I'd like to see improved in future versions: - the graphics looks really blocky and pixellated on this version (the circles are all jagged) - the colors look really washed out - a scoring system like the Facebook version of your game (Chain Rxn) ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Only five levels!?! *2018-07-28, version 2.1* I beat this game in five minutes and was done with it. Waste of money. ### 1/5 — Used to be great *2017-06-06, version 2.1* Sadly, the "improved" has no finesse is clunky and visually disappointing. I'm very disappointed with the complete downgrade of this once great game. Update: 6/5/17 Now the developer has fixed the details that made the game unplayable. That's a good thing. But the game isn't what it once was. The visual intensity is mellowed by muted colors and the strict adherence to the algorithm no longer allows for anything but completely predictable play. Where are the bonus points (a Boomshine) for clearing the screen? Also, "Clear Scores" should clear the scores. It is nice that Danny, Tim and Jacob got their scores. I don't want them invading my score list (I paid $3.99 for that treat!) At the .99 (Boy am I bummed) price Boomshine is probably a better value. ### 3/5 — I like it but.. *2009-05-11, version 0* I think there should be a speed option. They go faster online and as slow as they're going it's frusterating since the dots go away before any others can get to them.
