I am so excited that the program has shifted to App form. Emily weaves self love support, meditation, breath work, yoga, cardio and strength all into one accessible App. I am a practicing nurse midwife and busy mom of two - Boopbod offers 6 minute centering breath work options and hour long intensive workouts that fit easily into my life.
