Used to work fine but once I updated I could no longer load up my camera. Tried uninstalling and installing again and still not working.

I can’t even create an account. I put in my email and it won’t send me a code, my brother even tried his email and it didn’t work. What was the point of buying a $70 camera if you make it impossible to use. This is ridiculous. Fix your app.

App will not work or allow you to login. It loads and loads then displays device is disconnected from the internet to login to the app. Can’t access your camera to adjust settings or update the WiFi for our new home. Clicking forgot password link does not even work as it again displays device not connected to the internet. Not a phone problem as I have working WiFi and cellular service. COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS.
