## What is boopr?

boopr makes it effortless to track anything that matters to you — habits, activities, milestones, or recurring events. Whether you're building better habits, monitoring health patterns, or simply remembering moments, boopr gives you the insights you need without the complexity you don't.

When I realized it had been two years since I had visited my sister, I decided to make sure it didn't go too long again and once you've set up a system to keep track of when you do things or how long it is been, might as well see what is interesting to track.

It turns out there's actually a lot of things you don't need to do on a particular day but shouldn't go too long without doing.

boopr lets you manage many events, organize them in views (like folders but more even more flexible), set reminders, and look statistics and charts to observe trends.

Don't let it go too long. Call your mom, change your sheets, don't eat too much pizza. Or do, but do it on purpose.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-07-20

1. Tap-to-enter numeric keypad for interval fields — the +/- stepper on reminder/snooze counts (and the default reminder interval in Settings) required dozens of taps for a big jump like 5 days to 1 week. The number is now also a tappable chip that opens an on-screen keypad for direct digit entry.
2. Reminders now keep re-firing until you log something — previously, a reminder fired once and then went silent forever if you didn't explicitly tap "Snooze," even while the event stayed overdue indefinitely. Reminders now automatically repeat on the snooze interval until an instance is recorded, scheduled entirely at the OS level so it doesn't depend on the app being open or any notification being tapped.
3. Consolidated the record/undo/edit snackbar — quick-add, the instance picker, NFC deep links, and Group Detail's quick-add previously each had their own (sometimes missing) undo/edit behavior after recording an instance. They now all share one consistent snackbar.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-05-11

1. Remove favorites filter — the filter-bar "Favorites" toggle was removed; favorites are already surfaced at the top of the list, making the filter redundant.
  2. Skip reminder reschedule when snooze is already pending — bug fix: if a snooze notification was already scheduled, editing unrelated reminder fields would cancel
and reschedule it, wiping the snooze. Now it skips the reschedule when a snooze is pending.
  3. Preserve sort preference across export/import — the sort category and direction settings are now included in the export/import JSON, so they survive a backup
  restore.
