Many bugs, ask for sign in all the time

The mobile app won’t process payments, you can’t manually enter card info. Renters can select crazy non-biz hours for rental pickup and drop offs The Wordpress plugin completely glitches out. And Booqable’s response when you create a support ticket is to send you a screenshot of their terms of service which state they don’t offer refunds or cancelling a subscription.  Beware, don’t use this software.

Been using for one month and has never worked. The support people use the AI script and know nothing about how to actually fix anything. Have been unable to get an actual human on the phone and it’s been over a month. THIS IS A DESKTOP PRODUCT ONLY! If you need this to work on your phone do not bother purchasing. It will never work on the phone. Not even sure why they have an app. It’s somewhat worked the full couple of days until it stopped working completely I’ve delete installed it and have done everything else you can imagine. Again support is nonexistent. I think this might actually be a scam

Don’t use this app!  They have no return policy and I accidentally paid for 1 year instead of 1 month.  They refuse to return my money. Their program is extremely difficult to use and I’ve wasted hours (during free trial) trying to make it work. Do not give them your money. I promise you, this app is horrible

We love bookable for it’s easy to use functionality. However, the app itself has some limited functions like not able to update inventory and not able to print out or slips so I still use the full site for stuff like that, but it would be nice to have those features integrated into the app, otherwise its a great service and i wouldn’t be able to run my business without its inventory tracking

This app constantly logged you out, even after only minutes of being logged in. You cannot send emails from it and it’s really frustrating to use because of the constant bugs.
