When able to login it works great however there are many times where it does not allow me to login and when I go to submit for forgot password, it says that an account does not exist however, if I login on the computer or web browser there is no issue. other than that no complaints. ### 3/5 — Loyalty vs Web rewards *2023-03-17, version 2.0.2* Please bring back the viewing of customer’s loyalty card so that we know what we can get for our rewards when physically at the coffee shop. Why is the web’s Coffee Golden Bean rewards extremely different Anna but syncing with the loyalty card? Sometimes you bill me for the beans but didn’t ship it out. I then have no choice but to physically go there and purchase another bag to get me through the week. So I can’t order. I had about $56 worth of stuff if my cart and it forced me out and deleted everything. I tried both my emails and each time it said the same thing. Each time I tried this I had to delete and redownload the app and try to use a different email because it doesn’t allow you to sign out. You have to force the issue by ordering an order and then it willl prompt you to enter in a new updated credit source.. now I’m sorry I took the time to enter this pleasantry as it’s prompting me to choose a nickname and they are all taken ..
