My Boost Flex contract is RM1050, but RM800 is already inside my Boost Wallet — and I can’t access or use that money at all because my old number was terminated and I forgot my password. I didn’t use a single cent of that RM800, yet I’m still being asked to pay the full RM1050. Logically, only RM250 should be payable. It feels unfair and unreasonable that the money in my own wallet cannot be deducted or accessed, but I’m still asked to make full payment.
