Honestly a pretty good user experience. However, in the past couple of months, the app constantly buffers and loads. It’s the same case even if I quit and enter the app again. The only ”fix” is to delete and download the app again. As a long time user of the app and a big fan of Boost Juice. Today I was at Marion (ground) and it wouldn’t let me scan but I didn’t bother asking someone so I was like whatever I’ll just use my phone, but before I had 3 points and I still have 3 points like shouldn’t it be 4 points after using the app to literally buy my drink? This is incorrect as you removed this useful functionality some time ago. ### 1/5 — Strongly dislike this app *2025-10-26, version 4.4.1* Doesn’t even have an option for delivery, but menulog does. Why would we want an app without delivery when we can just order in person? The only reason people use an online app is for delivery. I wasted $20 on this app and it won’t even let me cancel or change my order. And 3/1 times they just cancel your order at the last minute. Delivery constantly gets delayed and takes hours to arrive even though the store is like 3km away from my house. The new version is buggy, confusing, and poorly designed. The search function doesn’t work well - for example, searching ‘Banana’ will not even show you Banana Buzz - ‘Banana’ is half of the drink name! Not only that, but the keyboard gets stuck so you can’t see half of your results. The flow of the app is much poorer, and it’s difficult to add and remove drinks from your bag. You can’t order multiple drinks without having to exit the cart to add a new one. Ordering lots of drinks at once is so time consuming and a bit of a nightmare. Disappointed in the ‘upgrade’ as it creates a much worse user experience. ### 1/5 — App constant glitches for years *2025-04-13, version 4.4.1* The Boost app is really bad For starters, half the time orders just dont process Today I have just tried to place an order and it tells me “Items in your order are not eligible for this coupon” WHAT COUPON?? I’m not trying to use a coupon Back when they had the wheel game, the app kept telling me to update to get my prize, yet I was on the latest version. No point in the app anymore as its bullocks and therefore I never go to Boost anymore, as I dont want to wait in a crowded mall with screaming kids for 20 minutes to get a smoothie. ### 4/5 — Great app but could do with a re-order option *2025-03-31, version 4.4.1* I love the app and it’s rewards point system. I’ve tried changing my password and when I verify my account with the code they sent me on my email it says it’s the wrong code, tired this 3 times and then decided I’ll just make another account. When I tried making a new account it says my email is already being used but I used a completely new email from my last account. I feel human again. I feel like a human in a trade deal; Not a thing obtaining another thing by giving a thing. The app actually works (unlike every other fast food app {cough cough maccas, subway, HJ} which feels laggier than using dialup on a 30 year old computer) and it’s actually nice to use. It doesn’t take itself so seriously, asks for consent for mango magic pics, and honestly puts a smile on my face when all I am doing is trading my money for a drink, I’m glad they make it feel more than that, and it’s not some corporate money hungry app. Thanks for making my day, I wasn’t having a good one but now I am for something as simple as downloading and using this app for 5 mins. I still need to order my Caribbean Green so I’ll leave it here. Don’t get me wrong I love water but I do want to try another drink. As long as it’s not a fizzy then I’m in. That’s when I first tried boost drinks which is years ago now. I think that year would show up on my first time buying boost on my details. At first I was trying the same drink all the time, admittedly I changed it up and did come across a drink I did not like. Lucky I can’t remember what that was. Plus it’s not every day I’m buying boost but I do like the boost flavours. So I buy it. Actually the last time I had it was 2 days ago. It’s great for the value with your money is to get the large but at times it’s a bit big for me. It all depends how I’m feeling at the time with the size when I buy one. But money wise it’s a good idea on how just for a few more cents you can get the large size. It’s worth it’s value that’s for sure to always want to upsize. Thank you guy’s. It’s a credit to you all why people like me still keep coming back and buying boost👍👊 ### 5/5 — Elizabeth Shopping Centre *2018-05-09* I’ve been in customer service and serving quality products to customers for years now and I always return to a business based on those 2 things. The store at the Elizabeth Shopping Centre is the reason why I have the app, and why I keep coming back to boost. The app has made it so much easier for me to just order by using the favorites tab and just walk in and walk off. I do stay to chat to the staff though as they’ve been good to me for a few years now. Now, onto the actual update notes: I got a good laugh out of the latest update notes, and that has made my day. Thank you! Now i want my fave King William Chocolate (with extra choc) Boost, but i have to drive almost an hour to Shepparton to get it, so it’ll have to wait for another day when i need to go there for more than just a Boost.
