Why on Earth do you have to select a “time to pick up” and then also select “I’m here.” Those two options don’t make sense. Either have one or the other. Having both creates an experience where someone expects to pick up their order (because let’s face it, who uses this app if not for placing an order ahead of time to beat the rush) at a designated time, and then also selects “I’m here” so they can wait. My school uses this to order food on campus and it’s just so poorly made and horrific to use. Doesn’t work half the time. UNBELIEVABLY slow. Hope my school migrates off this. Note - I wrote this review word for word 2 years ago. I just redownloaded it in my last semester and it literally has all of the same flaws.
