It allows for joystick control or 2 level style control, allows for change of sensitivity in settings, its easy to connect. The actual lego boost app forces you to build their models, but this app lets you drive your own creations without having to create the official builds first. Sure, this app does not support the complex inputs of light color, distance or programming but thats not what problem this app is designed to fix. This app is designed to allow you to drive your robot like a radio controlled car, and for this purpose this app is perfect.
