As an ER resident, this has been a go-to app for dosing, decision tools, etc. love the slider at the bottom to adjust weight

Excellent resource. Provides easy access to frequently used clinical decision rules. Has unique dosing function "slide rule" for weight that makes per kilo dosing extremely easy. Looking forward to updated versions.
