But as soon as the payment is accepted, the app prompts me to review my order experience…. before I’ve even entered the premises or drank the smoothie. I wish the app would ask me for a rating *after* I pick up my smoothie ### 2/5 — Sad *2026-06-15* I have had this app for years, and every year there seems to be a different excuse as to why I don’t receive the birthday offer. The first year, I checked on my birthday and never received the offer. The second year, the offer appeared but would not work at the till, and the store refused to honour it. The third year, I was told that I needed to add my contact information in the app to receive the offer, even though my birthday had already been entered since I first downloaded the app. This year, when I asked why I didn’t receive the offer, the cashier told me that I wasn’t eligible because I hadn’t placed an order in the past week and that customers who don’t visit frequently may not receive it. I use many other loyalty apps, including Sephora, Tim Hortons, and New York Fries, and I receive my birthday offers every year without any issues. I have never had to chase down customer service or been given a different explanation every year. This is the only app where I have repeatedly had problems receiving a birthday reward. After hearing a different explanation every single year, I have completely lost confidence in both the app and your customer service. If the birthday offer has eligibility requirements, they should be clearly stated and consistently applied. Instead, I have been given conflicting information year after year. I am now deleting the app and will no longer be a Booster Juice customer. It is disappointing that something as simple as a birthday promotion has been handled so poorly for multiple years. ### 2/5 — Need MAJOR work *2026-05-13* This app needs some major work. It’s giving me an aneurysm. It has crashed on me 5 damn times, and than when i finally was able to place my order it rebooted the entire app and my order didn’t go through & now it won’t even load the app itself. I absolutely love Booster Juice til i DIE but this app is absolutely terrible yall please do better 🥲🥲🥲 ### 2/5 — New App Design is Awful *2026-05-07* When they refreshed the app, it became much, much worse. Worse navigation, unable to easily view descriptions of items, slow load times on both wifi and data. Watch how much açai juice they add. Today SouthPark Edmonton blocked my view and I could tell they didn’t add any juice as it was white with milk and yogurt, and it was the worst drink I’ve ever received. Says I’m not signed in, but I AM and it says on the first page. Very very poorly made app, glitchy, laggy. Hard to navigate. The list goes on- this is by far one of the worst made mobile/reward programs app out there and I get exasperated every time I try. Something has to be done about it seriously cause I loved the app before but now it’s almost pointless if I can’t pre order a drink before I get there anymore. ### 1/5 — Frustrating Device Limit Error Blocks Access – Poor Customer Experience *2026-06-28* The Booster Rewards App is now unusable for me due to a persistent error: “Device already shared with maximum number of guest allowed.” Despite only wanting a single account for normal use, the app has locked me out. Basic troubleshooting (reinstall, cache clear, different networks) does nothing because the restriction is enforced server-side. Contacting support is the only potential workaround, but this is an unnecessary barrier for loyal customers. The app has nice features for ordering and earning Berry Points, but this overly strict device limitation creates a terrible first (or ongoing) experience. Many users appear to run into the same issue with no easy self-service fix.
