The app is clunky and not very user friendly. ### 2/5 — Months between updates and still the most basic bugs remain *2026-06-03* What validation testing is done with updates? Bad developers, bad validation testers. Presumably bad requirements too. It’s like this app is written by one person, in their bedroom, in their spare time, as a hobby project Can’t remove payment cards. After having searched for something, “coffee” for examine, you then select a result, if you select to go back you would expect to go back to the list of search results, but you instead get taken to the initial landing page of the app After 7 months since the last update they have updated the app so menu text isn’t missing. Discounts are virtually non existent ### 3/5 — App operates like it requires an update *2025-12-30* The app is good and operable, but when you navigate, within a search and press the back arrow, it takes you back to the main menu every time. Which means to have to search again, rather than return to your search list. It is frustrating, but also very much a first world problem. Giftcards don’t load and you’re left wondering where your money has gone. If your cashback sits there too long they take it from you. Offers have got worse and big brands keep leaving their platform. Only one email is possible to configure to receive instant vouchers which is impractical when 2 using the app. Also, the instant vouchers take too long to arrive in the app, often needing to close app and restart to become visible. Our service is primarily designed for solo account holders, so while you can share your account by accessing it via the app on two devices, there's currently only the option to link one email address to your account at a time. You can change the email address in the 'My Account Settings' area before placing an order so it gets sent to a different individual/mailbox, but we appreciate that's not always practical. Recently the Wallet moved from front screen to under the account menu which is why I gave 4 stars this time.
