## What is Booth?

Booth: Find Book-Selling Events
The Intelligence Layer for Indie Authors
Stop flying blind. Start selling more books.
As an indie author, the hardest part of the business isn’t just writing the book—it’s finding where to sell it. For too long, the 4 million+ self-published authors in the U.S. have relied on scattered Facebook groups, word-of-mouth, and hours of manual Googling to find vending opportunities
Too often, authors pay high table fees and drive for hours only to realize the event isn’t a fit for their genre

Booth is the solution. It is the first mobile-native platform purpose-built to provide indie authors with AI-powered discovery, community-driven financial data, and real-time ROI intelligence

FIND YOUR NEXT PROFITABLE EVENT Booth uses six parallel AI agents that search the web in real-time to find curated opportunities near you
Search by city, state, and a radius of 10 to 100 miles to discover events in six high-value categories

Libraries: Readings and local author events

Expos: High-value book fairs and author festivals

Comic-Cons: Pop culture events with high genre-fiction overlap

Outdoor Fairs: Large-scale community festivals

Bookstores & Cafes: Targeted local signings

Flea & Farmers Markets: Budget-friendly venues with consistent foot traffic

THE “SHOULD I GO?” AI EVALUATOR: Stop guessing if an event is worth the investment. Our AI Event Evaluator allows you to input the vendor fee, your sales goals, and expected hours. Within seconds, you receive a plain-English recommendation on whether the event is a sound financial move for your business

A “YELP” FOR AUTHOR EVENTS: Access a proprietary database of community reviews that you won't find anywhere else
Authors rate events on six critical dimensions

Profitability: Actual revenue and books sold

Audience Fit: Does the crowd match your specific genre?
Foot Traffic Quality: Is the crowd there to buy or just browse?
Organizer Quality: Communication and event management

Logistics: Table size, parking, and load-in ease

Networking: Opportunities to connect with other professionals

EARN YOUR WAY TO PRO: We believe in a community that helps each other grow. While we offer a robust Free tier and a Pro subscription for unlimited searches and advanced analytics, you can unlock Pro features for FREE by contributing to the database

+1 Pro Day for every new event you submit

+2 Pro Days for every community review you leave
