I have just started using this app and I think it’s amazing! I have been using for a while so I am at a point where I don’t see the results but I have seen growth

**Developer response:** Hello thank you very much for your review. For more growth, we recommend you to try wearing ankle weights (those from nike or any brand you prefer). I started with light weight and i find these workouts harder than i thought!
