It really makes me not wanna use the app as much and if I make a mistake on a caption or I forget to post a photo with a song, I can’t even edit it and have to delete the whole post. Then, if I try to repost the same thing, I have to wait HOURS to do so. It makes no sense. ### 1/5 — App is still crashing *2024-07-02, version 3.0.12* This app went from bad to worse. First I wasn’t able to proceed the account menu; now the app just says buffering while telling me “no internet connection” while I’m connected to internet. Please fix this issue. Please could this be sorted out for me? ### 1/5 — Horrible app since update *2024-05-01, version 3.0.6* This used to be my favorite app. Ever since the mid March 2024 update, it has turned into this cheap, non working junk app. Won’t let you post anymore twice in a day (used to post at 8 am and 4 pm). Its just so dysfunctional. 1 step forward for bopdrop, 8 steps back. It’s so unnecessarily difficult. And for what? It was working so perfectly before. Are there any other social music apps that don’t hate their users? Update May 1, 2024. Still locked out of my account with no support from this awesome app!!! ### 1/5 — I can’t even login *2024-04-12, version 3.0.4* I just updated to version 3.0.4 and it still won’t let me login with my Apple ID. That was the ID I used to originally make it way back when I first downloaded it, and it has my username saved. But every time I go to login, it switches screens and then just goes to a blank teal colored screen. Difficult to use because of how poorly made it is. It’s pretty bad when you can’t even get past the verification process when signing up. I found Bopdrop because a competitor app Needle went viral on TikTok and in the comments I saw people saying it’s a copy of Bopdrop, so, naturally, I want to check out the original app…But when I tried to signup, the email validation process just sends me into an infinite Loop. When I click the verification link I was emailed, it launches the same exact screen where I entered my email, the screen does not refresh and I can’t go anywhere. Way to totally miss out on capturing an audience from your competitor. I good enough reason to just use Needle now. ### 1/5 — Terrible app, Worse customer service *2024-11-20, version 3.1.13* “Delete my account” and “contact us” buttons in the app are fake… hasn’t worked in over a year and they don’t respond to emails either!
