All they kept saying was that in 4.5 years they never had a defective card… Surprise then here it is so don’t lie to your customers. They wouldn’t settle or even give me a discount code to buy a new one and let me ship this out to you and figure it out. I had to buy a new one at full price pay for shipping and everything. Boppr doesnt work instantly with all phones, or at all sometimes, leading to an awkward interaction with potential new clients. Not the first impression you want as a business owner. Great concept but needs to be improved. ### 3/5 — The card doesn’t work as a reader *2025-02-17* I thought buying the card it would have a way of being a contactless business card but it’s not I downloaded the app there’s no way to activate your card and it doesn’t show up at all when you hover it over the phone **Developer response:** Did you receive the postcard instructions provided with the devices we sent as this is step 3 on the postcard and built right within the app. When you are on the Home Screen, upon logging in (or click the bottom left home icon) at the top it says “tap here to activate” as shown in step 3 on the postcard instructions as well. This will prompt the activation to pop up and you will be able to slide the devices slowly left to right to activate them. This feature is also within the menu as well where it says activate boppr tag Please let me know if you see this and get it to work.
