I agree with nearly all the reviews here… should be a large default number keypad… and PLEASE increase the text/box field size! I nearly need a magnifying glass to check my numbers, tried increasing my phone text size which made no difference.

Given the main purpose of this app is to enter numbers for security reasons, I don’t understand why we have to battle the top line of a qwerty keyboard.
It should be a large number pad. Would be much easier for grown-up fingers. Few errors.

This app serves it’s purpose for authorising transactions but it needs serious development work. BOQ look to have spent no money on developing their Internet Bankings Apps since 2015. No doubt there’s likely bugs in the code somewhere also. 

I remember I message BOQ once to ask when is this app going to be updated and I was told there were major changes coming within a year - well it’s now been 3 years and there’s been no changes yet. 

Integrate features like Face ID / Finger Print then maybe you will be able to compete with the other banks.

Updated 30 Jan. What an opportunity missed. Why not have the number keyboard show when entering account numbers?

The basic functions are ok BUT PLEASE add fingerprint authentication support to make logging in much simpler - it has been a standard feature on all my other mobile banking apps for years !!!!!!

You must come up to speed with your app and get the numerical keypad to populate. Great idea to move from tokens to phone app but it’s so clunky going between keyboard and numbers I want my token back...
