Extremely slow, takes ages to log in and often won’t log in at all, requiring the app to be force-quit and restarted. About time BOQ replaced it with something fast and functional

We use BOQS for business as well as having a CommBank account. BOQS’ app is incomparably poor vs CBA. While it works, giving it any further credit than this would be inaccurate in my opinion. Will continue using as I like some of their financial products, but some serious investment in client interface experience would go a long way. Don’t fall any further behind the big guys!
