BOQS’ app is incomparably poor vs CBA. While it works, giving it any further credit than this would be inaccurate in my opinion. Will continue using as I like some of their financial products, but some serious investment in client interface experience would go a long way. Transfers don’t show as being made when they are made, leading to multiple attempts, only to realise that it did work but the app just didn’t show it. Online banking and apps have been around for a long time now. Often can’t login unless I completely close it and relaunch it. Sometimes I can’t get in at all. I have multiple other banking apps and this is the worst by far ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2021-06-17* It has really limited functionality. You can’t even set up recurring payments through it. The app often crashes while using it. I’m often transferring money between BOQs accounts to get cash out only to have the atm tell me I have insufficient funds, while the app tells me I have enough. ### 1/5 — So glitchy! *2021-03-10* I’m new to BOQ and as a bank the service so far has been great but this app is so glitchy and frustrating. It takes ages to log in and most of the time doesn’t even let me log in and just says ‘connection timeout’ after a minute of trying to load.
