To many needs to change  . Let me pick one good one and keep it instead of having to change every time I sign in all the time after a couple weeks. I have no problems with my Bank Of America. But every time I sign with you guys, I have problems and I have to reset it again and again and again and again it’s obnoxious.

Something seems wrong for almost two weeks now. It just spins and spins, so I go try to log in on a browser and it says to change the password, I do, and then it says too many failed login attempts and locks me out? I have to call the bank to get it unlocked, it works for a day, then I go to check my balance and it’s literally the same sequence of frustrating events. I appreciate the inclusion of mobile check cashing and zelle, though only allowing one debit card per person and having to choose which account to make debit purchases from with that one card when you have more than one account, forcing you to transfer $ all the time is lame but not related to the app itself. For that matter, having to bring in both people on a joint account to show IDs  to have someone removed is frustrating too. The only option I have to separate myself from my ex without his “permission” is to just close the account on him 🤣 That was a man that made that rule.

It works for what it’s capable of… seeing balances and depositing checks. However, you can’t move money between your accounts, or much else, so you have to log into the website anyway.

My name is Cody Vandevander. I live in Augusta and i have an account with this bank. This is just a reminder for anyone that lives in Romney, West Virginia, 26757 or any of the Hampshire County, West Virginia surrounding area, that has an account with the Bank of Romney, needs to download this app immediately. Its back online after its reboot, or whatever you call it.

Review part:
Good app overall.
It was good before and they didn’t need to reboot it and have everyone’s debit and credit cards get cancelled and declined at different areas, everywhere, for quite a while, but its a good app.
