Trying to do a mobile deposit is AWFUL! It is so picky with the new app. Every little thing! The errors I get are not even accurate! It will tell me that the amount I typed in does not match the check or that I didn’t write “Border Mobile Deposit” on the back when I clearly did! I normally can get it to go through after about five or six tries. It is frustrating me so much that I am thinking about closing my accounts.

To be clear, this 1-star review is for the BANK and whatever “update” they are doing, not the employees. After being unable to DO anything with our accounts for 4 days, then our balances went up & down for days (our daughter’s account spent two days showing a negative balance, incorrectly), then I needed to “apply” to be allowed to mobile deposit into my checking account… waited for days then finally called & it was “approved” before I could hang up. Immediately made my mobile deposit on 10/22, then waited …and waited… almost 3 days later I finally see something in my account (nothing sent to my text or email) that it was rejected.  It had never showed as pending or processing - there was no record that I had even attempted a mobile deposit before then. No idea why. Can’t access my old statements until after the first of next year, so I can’t start preparing my tax paperwork… and on and on and on….not sure how long this will go on but our patience is definitely wearing thin.

The new app removed my ability to externally transfer money to my family.  When I transfer money to my account it use to be instantly available and that no longer is the case. I dislike this update.

The new dashboard is very clunky and not user friendly. Having all of the accounts under the transactions is confusing. And you can’t easily filter for different accounts. The running balance is also gone and was very helpful in tracking our spending.

Talk about interesting change. My biggest gripe right now is the delay in loan information. My loan I paid for the 11/1 due date still hasn’t been applied to the loan and the next due date of 12/1 say 0.00 owed. Come on! It seems to be more clicks to see things and just cumbersome.
