It says nothing. Please fix this bug Bug Update:-(hire me as your tester) When we select the date range for getting the statement the app crashes. It doesn’t even allow me to login to the app. On entering my pin it just gives me a pop up without text and only shows an Ok button. This is really pathetic. Balances are never updated for transactions. You never know where the money went 2. Statements never work. 3. UI is clunky and hard to work with 4. Has security issues. It says use OTP but you can easily bypass it. 5. The amounts show as zero for transactions. 6. On top of all that, they have hidden fees which you will never figure out without spending numerous hours with customer care. Thomas cook should be ashamed to out such an app on AppStore. They should rename themselves as Thomas Crooks. ### 1/5 — Worst Possible App *2023-06-14* It's single star because there is no option to rate below that. It hardly works. You are not able to login even after 15-20 attempts. Question of accessing app services then is out of question. I was put in embarrassing situations at so many places during my recent trip to Europe. Even the basic screens are not tested. The interface also seems to be developed by children from play school.
