I triggered a bonus 5 days ago and the game repeatedly reloaded/kicked me out. After contacting customer support I was told it was a known issue and I was being added to a list to be contacted when it was resolved. I’ve heard nothing since, so I chatted with customer support again today just to be told there’s no timeline for a fix and there’s nothing they can do for me.
