If u win a parlay they will NOT let u withdraw ur winnings, no matter what payment method u try or how many times u contact customer service. Trust me. It’s an absolute nightmare dealing with these people. They make sure they never lose lol.

There’s unlucky and there’s unfair , this place is unfair , flat out , not sure how it’s legal what they’re getting away with , at least I can look myself in the mirror and know I’m not stealing from people, not exploiting someone’s addiction, this casino is the worst of the worst, this place takes so much and gives back so very little , literally gambled thousands here this past weekend between slots and derby bets at the actual casino in AC , only to be given two .10 cent bonus spins on the the survivor game , what an absolute kick in the nuts to repeat customers like myself , this casino does not understand that people deserve a little something for their time spent , 20 cents won’t cut it when you bet thousands , disgusting…. They lost me as a customer

Title says it all , play elsewhere, the most disappointing disrespectful online casino operation I’ve ever played! This is not exaggeration, things have happened here that I’ve experienced at not other online casino! I implore anyone reading this to give your hard earned money to any other casino, one that will respect you as a customer! It just doesn’t add up here , too much shadey coincidences , playing a slot , hemorrhaging money searching for the bonus , finally get the bonus after losing nearly $350 and the bonus win was .21 .  You read that correctly! Give me a break, decided that was an anomaly and kept going , played another $60 and hit another bonus , this time $5.25???? So I played over $400 and won back less that $6 in bonuses , that is simply disrespectful and it’s the reason this casino will never see a dime from me and my family and friends ever again and will make it my mission to influence as many people I can…. Stop treating your customers like cash machines and respect their time and money
