I assumed that the users before me either had issues with providing correct identification and that was the reason they encountered problems. I was very very wrong. I provided all the necessary documentation requested and after one or two transactions my withdrawals just started getting declined. When i reached out to the “customer service” team I was not given any real reason as to why. I was just told someone would reach out to me via email. That has not happened. I am begging you that if you have literally any other options as far as sportsbooks are concerned that you pursue them. You will NOT get any of your money out of this app. I appreciate the people who left reviews before if I had listened to them I would not be in the position.
