## What is BORIS?

BORIS-D ist ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt mehrerer Bundesländer. Projektziel ist es, Bodenrichtwerte der Gutachterausschüsse für Grundstückswerte länderübergreifend einheitlich, webbasiert und leicht zugänglich für die breite Öffentlichkeit bereitzustellen.
Die Anwendung wird zusätzlich zu den amtlichen Auskunftsportalen der Bundesländer betrieben und liefert erste allgemeine Informationen über den Grundstücksmarkt.

Amtliche Auskünfte über Bodenrichtwerte und weitere Daten der Gutachterausschüsse bleiben ausdrücklich den jeweiligen Landesportalen und den örtlich zuständigen Gutachterausschüssen vorbehalten!
