The Boris Mobile app minimizes paperwork, coordinates team activities and lets you focus on what matters most: delivering an outstanding occupant experience.

As a site manager your site inspections are transformed. No more pen-and-paper(work). Walk the site, record deficiencies on your mobile phone and take photos of each issue.  Assign it to your team and you’re done.

Your team is immediately aware of the issue and can begin working on the problem before your inspection is even complete. How’s that for efficiency!

Share contracted tasks with vendors for estimates and get your PO’s approved.

Compliance, health and safety, fire safety, hazard assessment and other surveys can all be completed using the app.  You can even assign scheduled and ad-hoc activities such as Spring and Winter Maintenance, Lot Maintenance and a host of other custom checklists and tasks to your team.

When a health and safety incident occurs the first qualified team member at the scene records vital details and photos, instantly alerting your health and safety, human resources and insurance teams back at head office. This is real-time, collaborative, mobile site management for the 21st century.
